1) Convert your Alphabetical size to our Silicone Ring size using this chart:

2) Measure the Inside of your ring (in millimeters) and use the chart above to convert the Inside Diameter to our Silicone Ring size size:

3) If you do not know your ring size, or have a ring to measure, then this is the method to measure your finger with a piece of paper. It is important to wrap the paper tightly around your finger before marking.

Exchanges:

• Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery or collection.

• After 7 days from delivery, no exchange or refund will be offered. However, if there are unique circumstances, please email us and we will review your situation.

• Goods purchased can be returned for exchange in different size only (not for different product range) within the first 7 days after delivery / collection.

• If there are any factory faults, we must be informed within 7 days after delivery / collection. The product will be replaced only if the goods have no faults or damage as a result of incorrect or improper use or through normal and acceptable wear and tear.

Important To Note:

• Exchanges can be made for size changes only.

• Please return the product in the original packaging.

• We cannot offer an exchange if the product has been worn or shows signs of wear and tear.

• Courier cost for exchange is for the clients account. Courier costs of will be charged for the collection of the product, as well as for the delivery of the exchange product. For a total of R150.

• We will exchange free of charge if there are factory faults or if we sent a different size to what was ordered.
